Job Description

The Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital products from concept to launch. This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into elegant design solutions that deliver meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations

  • Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive design solutions

  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards

  • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and usability best practices

  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies

  • Support product launches and post-launch improvements based on user data and insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards

  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams

  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
