Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Manage and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Lead, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff
Coordinate internal and external audits and support audit requests
Monitor balance sheet accounts and perform account reconciliations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems
