Job Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across the organization. This role focuses on process improvement, resource management, and cross-functional coordination to support business goals and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities

  • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and workflows

  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets are met

  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively

  • Lead, coach, and evaluate operations staff

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations

  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives

  • Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement

  • Prepare operational reports for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5–8 years of operations or management experience

  • Proven leadership and people-management skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Experience with process optimization and performance metrics

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in operational tools, systems, and Microsoft Office or similar software
